Evening and Weekend Appointments

The Enhanced Access Service is an extension of GP practice services so that patients are now able to make routine appointments during evenings and at weekends. The aim of this service is to make it easier for patients to get an appointment at a time that suits them.

If you are a patient registered at one of the practices which are part of Regis Healthcare PCN, you will be able to book a routine appointment for the evenings and weekends with a participating practice.

Appointments are a mixture of face to face and remote consultations and will be a mixture of GPs, nurses, and health care assistants (HCA). They are available between 6.30pm – 8pm weekdays and 9am – 1pm on Saturdays at several practices. 

The types of appointments that are offered include:

• Routine and acute appointments with a GP
• NHS Health checks
• Dressings
• Cervical Screening
• Blood pressure checks
