Regis Healthcare PCN will work together with our GP surgeries and Primary Care Network teams, to provide high quality healthcare for all of our patients within our four-practice catchment area.

To achieve this, we will bring practices together and trial new and innovative ways of working for the mutual benefit of themselves and their patients. We will collaborate and co-design services with other providers, including health suppliers, social care, the voluntary sector, and community groups. Inclusion will be promoted so that everyone can access the most appropriate healthcare to meet their individual needs thus ensuring there are equal health opportunities for all.

We will support people to live healthier lives, reducing their risk of developing health conditions in the future. We will encourage patient engagement and empower patients to have the skills and confidence to make informed decisions about their own care so they can manage their condition effectively in everyday life. 

We will develop a Network that is collaborative, responsive, efficient, effective, and well-led, and create an environment that supports and develops our staff’s career paths encouraging continual improvement and innovation.
